Venturing into a vintage store is some folks idea of a nightmare, what with the potent musty bouquet and organised chaos. I like the shabby chic feel and the rustic essence of previous owned garments and furniture.
As I browsed a small store locally to me I found this Céline bag, I kept going back to it so thought oh just get it woman. I adore vintage handbags but LOVE the £30 price tag, I stopped myself from doing an actual happy dance (think Chandler from Friends) eek.
An absolute bargain I must say and the brooches and suitcases were to die for.
The point of this post is if you like designers at a very good price go to these vintage shops and fairs, you really never know what you may find.
The bag has 3 compartments which is a very good thing for me and the embellishment is very pretty.
Search the net to see if there's any hidden stores or fairs coming locally.

ReplyDeleteI live in Leeds, where there are 'vintage' shops on every street corner. Most of it is overpriced and could hardly be called vintage, but occasionally you come across a real bargain! x

ReplyDeleteI agree, there area always hidden gems in stores like that! A few years ago, I went into a second hand shop with my mom, and ended up finding a vintage Christian Dior clutch... for only $3.99!!
