On my quest for a punchy bright red lipstick I came across this beauty.
The reds I already own have more of a vintage look and deep hues, I wanted one that wasn't a perfect red but more of a bright version with orange or pink tones.
This lipstick is part of the "Fire & Ice" collection by Revlon. The collection includes a matching nail polish which is equally pretty and attention grabbing.
What it looks like on
The lipstick is a creme formula which makes it very moisturising, perfect for helping keep these wintery lips in good condition.
I am also going to look at the YSL lipsticks, theres a pink I really like but if its got too much blue undertones it wont suit me.
Do you have any bright red recommendations?

Definitely MAC's Ruby Woo & Russian Red, also Lancome's Color Fever in Rouge Kuban, which is a sheer, hydrating, lovely orange red and would look great on your pale skin. Do try :)

ReplyDeleteWow, okay, I already have several red lipsticks and I know I will never finish them all but this makes me want to go get another one haha! I usually use NARS Manhunt lipstick as an every day red since it's a bit brighter and has more of a sheer/glossy finish. My favorite statement red color is MAC Russian Red or MAC Mac Red. I love the pairing with the striped top by the way!
